Having extreme feelings within a short time is more probably an indication that you are suffering from fear, and not anxiety. Fear may make you feel like dying the next minute, hurt someone else or even go mad.

The type of treatment you will be subjected to will involve some alteration of your behaviour, combined with the necessary training to enable you control your life. More often, group therapy is used as it has produced better results in the past.
