Our aging process takes us through significant changes in our physical appearance, in both males and females.  Loss of hair, graying of hair, poor memory, lost of interest in some activities are some of the signs that make us realize that we are growing old.  Nowadays as a sign of aging, men are facing one of the worst problems, i.e. growth of man boobs.

This particular condition in men is called as Gynecomastia. The mandatory step for plastic surgery for gynecomastia is a prior examination of breasts by doctor.  This is required to find out the possible reason for such a growth of breasts.  Based on the analysis of the chest (i.e. finding out excess fat, flesh or glandular tissue growth) doctors would recommend options of male breast reduction, which could be basically going to gym.  Other reasons for male breast enlargement could be improper medication, hormonal diseases or even male breast cancer.
