Pregnancy of a human being lasts for nine months. During this course woman develops a strong relationship with her baby. There various changes in the body of women during this time. She change a lot mentally and physically too. A lot of hormonal changes also take place during pregnancy.

The period of pregnancy is divided into three sections which are known as trimesters. A woman has to carry up to 20 lbs of baby, placenta and water. This disturbs the body posture and as a result the centre of gravity of body changes. The change in the body posture causes head ache, back ache, neck ache etc.

When the posture of the lower ribs and spine changes, then this causes a hinder in the action on of diaphragm and as a result breathing is very difficult.

The tension which is caused in the pelvis or diaphragm region stops the venous blood from the lower half of the body to the heart. This is the major cause of the hemorrhoids. A lot of emotional hurdles also occur during pregnancy. Sometimes, there is fear, doubt about child birth and there are times when women are very happy and excited.

Tiredness also occurs during the first few months of pregnancy. This can be removed by rest, the right diet and exercise in an efficient manner.

Frequent constipation also occurs during pregnancy. This is basically because of the hormonal changes which occur in the body. These hormones make the digestion much slower than it is required.

Most of the women also suffer from morning sickness during their pregnancy. Some of them suffer during first few months. Urine infection occurs during pregnancy. There is a burning sensation produced when women urinate. Women feel to urinate all the time.
