Wondering how to remove that disgusting beer belly? So did I, except I wasn’t able to find someone like myself to help you out. Beer bellies is just one huge and disgusting glob on your stomach. Let’s take the proper steps to getting rid of that beer belly and returning to a normal stomach. This isn’t going to be easy, but with a little work it can be done.

First what we’re going to have to do is get rid of the source. Can you take a guess of the source? It starts with a B and ends with an R. That’s right – BEER! Unfortunately, beer is filled with empty calories and loads of sugar. You’re going to have to cut down on the alcohol.

Another contributing factor to your beer belly is the foods you eat. Reduce the number of times you get McDonalds or other fast food takeouts. These foods are bad for you and will just add onto your already large belly. You may also want to watch out for foods that are high in preservatives and foods that are processed. For a change, try eating some vegetables or fruit.

Start a bit of exercising. Anything works. The common misconception is that people should do tons of sit-ups and crunches. This is actually wrong. It will do very little to your stomach fat. The goal here is to lose overall body fat. Once you start losing the fat overall, then the rest will come. Some good workouts are strength and cardiovascular. Set a goal for yourself to increase your activity each week and slowly work your way up.
