How to reduce stress during course of your pregnancy
Normally, pregnancy in a human being lasts for 9 months. There are various body changes which occur during pregnancy. Increase in the level of certain hormones is the major cause of these body changes. Pregnancy also affects you mentally and emotionally.
Various stressful situations are faced by most of the ladies. According to the reports, these stressful situations may often effect hear rate of the baby who is developing in the womb of her mother. Stress affects the mother and the child both in an effective manner.
In mother the high stress level may lead to premature delivery and the weight of the baby less than desired. High stress also causes high blood pressure, heart beat rate and may also produce chronic anxiety. So, the family members must take care of the mother so that she is free from stress. Otherwise, the situation is very dangerous.
Stress is controllable if you follow the balanced diet, keep yourself happy etc. things. If you manage all the stress in an effective way then stress can be beneficial too. Doing exercise reduces stress levels. So, do exercise regularly and in an effective manner in order to keep yourself away from stress situations.
Keep yourself busy so that stress may not overcome you. Walking is an option to keep you busy and helps in reduction of stress. Shortness of breath may occur when you walk in long intervals. So, take walk in short intervals and at a lower speed. Taking rest between walks may affect you positively.
Water is the major need of the body during pregnancy. So, drink ample amount of water to keep you hydrated as lack of water is the major cause of headaches during pregnancy. Does only that much amount of work which you can handle easily. If the above mentioned things are followed thoroughly, then you will surely reduce stress during pregnancy.
