Parents and the new born

Every couple longs for a child! The two have unlimited dreams for their child. They feel their house will turn in to heaven once their own child comes in to this world. No doubt tiny tots can make their parents feel in heaven, but this is only possible when this world is made heaven for them.

Once the child is conceived the dreams seem to turn into realty. The child in the boom is cared for in every possible manner by the would be parents. They plan and decide to be give the coming child all the happiness of the world and to sacrifice all their comfort for that child. Apart from this deciding to fulfill all the demands of that child they also dream that once he grows up he will take care of them in other words there expectation from the coming child is also unlimited.

Ultimately after a never ending wait of about 9 months the monthly comes when the wife bears the unbearable pain of delivering the child. When this child is placed on the mother’s breast, she feels her self in heaven. The unbearable pain is forgotten and lost. She feels she has achieved the ultimate in life.

The house is full of jubilation & celebration not only the parents but the grand parents of the new born one full of joy and they are the happiest person on earth. They feel as if the house has become heaven. The new born gets a very warm welcome in to this world.

The thing that deserves specific consideration is that when the child comes into this big word it cannot express its feeling in any manner except by crying or staying mum. It is the duty of the parents to understand the feeling of the child through his expressions. The responsibility to bring up the child begins this is not easy.

It demands a lot of sacrifice. Parents not only have to sacrifice their sleep but also their fun, entertainment, freedom of outing, comfort and many more. Usually it is seen that these new parents are not prepared for such sacrifice.

At times night becomes miserable for them. Being tired from the day’s work they want a sound sleep, but on the other hand the child is not comfortable, it cries, it’s wet, mother changes the nappy, it still cries, she tries to feed it and make it sleep, the baby dose not want milk, it continues to cry, father is irritated, gets angry on his wife, she cant put the baby to sleep, wife is also upset, both argue, baby continue cry. No one tries to understand what exactly the baby needs or what is wrong with the baby. This is one of the most commonly occurring incidents that take place when the bay is too small. Parents forget their plans and decisions to give this child all the happiness of the world and to sacrifice all their comforts of life for bringing up their child in the best manner. When the child cries, it becomes a means of irritation and discomfort to the parent. At times the child becomes a cause of distance between the husband and wife.

Give the child all the love and comfort you can and you will get much more from the child in return.
