Men are often given 1st priority or place in a family; this is done because in olden days women are not preferred mostly to work outside. In that manner men used to work daily and earn couple of bucks for running his family. But now the trend is totally changed men and women are equally treated both of them are sharing their works according to their needs.

Most of the women still are not willing to work in these days even. The burden of the family totally falls onto men in that case. Even though the women is working but the major role in the family goes to Men. Men’s role in the culture is a crucial, at the age of 16-25 his masculine characters are developed, some of them includes the posture of body, and masculine characters such as change in voice, beard and mustache development etc.

We are being created by god, but are we really doing the right job. The right job doesn’t involve going to your office daily, getting salary and enjoying it with your family. The right job is to serve the people; as men it’s our duty to change the lives of the people. Bringing joy to them who are in deep sorrows; this doesn’t mean that you should spent all your time on others, it only means that apart from your family, part from your community spend some time for the people who are in need of bread and butter. Men’s mind is often changeable; there will be several reels of life which will be travelling in the men’s mind. Do not consider all of them pick up the best ideas which are useful to make this world more glorious and start Implementing. Finally my summary doesn’t mean only men are great; but the desire, dream and vision of men can change the community.
